In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Nixon-Smiley Mustangs basketball team scored a big 65-36 win over the Jourdanton Indians/Squaws.

The Mustangs (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Yorktown (Yorktown, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.

Next up, the Indians/Squaws face the Devine Warhorses / Arabians (Devine, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, November 29. Jourdanton will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
