The Springfield Southeast Spartans (Springfield, IL) basketball knocked off the host Decatur Eisenhower Panthers (Decatur, IL), 65-46 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Normal University (Normal, IL). The Pioneers go into the Central State Eight test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Normal University notched a victory over Bloomington (Bloomington, IL), 58-48, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Springfield for a Central State Eight test on Tuesday, November 29. Decatur Eisenhower will encounter a Senators squad coming off a 49-46 non-league loss to Triad (Troy, IL). The Senators record now stands at 2-2.
