Texas High School Basketball - St. Augustine can't hold off United South

The United South Panthers basketball team scored 46 points and held the host St. Augustine Knights to 41 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vela for a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. United South will play a Sabercats squad coming off a 49-45 non-league win over Ray (Corpus Christi, TX). The Sabercats record now stands at 2-4.
Next up, the Knights play the Nixon Mustangs (Laredo, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. St. Augustine will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 71-56 non-league loss to Westlake (Austin, TX).
