The Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) basketball crushed the host Ashe County Huskies (West Jefferson, NC), 57-32 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Pioneers (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Avery County (Newland, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Avery County walloped Cloudland (Roan Mountain, TN), 45-22, in a non-league test.
The Huskies now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Surry for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 29.
