Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA), 59-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Upson-Lee upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Taylor County (Butler, GA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Vikings play the Chattahoochee County Panthers (Cusseta, GA) in a bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Taylor County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
