In Tuesday's league contest, the host Hazlehurst Indians basketball team scored a close 75-74 triumph over the Crystal Springs Tigers.
The Indians (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Richland (Richland, MS). The Rangers go into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Richland nipped Pisgah (Sandhill, MS), 76-53, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers confront the Yazoo City Indians (Yazoo City, MS) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 5. Crystal Springs will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record.

Hazlehurst battled back by 19 points in the second quarter. Josiah helped led the charge with 8 points from his offensive rebounds and also Brayden Murray added 6 points. Hazlehurst led by 4 points at the half.
