The Chapin Huskies basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Americas Trail Blazers to 38 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Huskies (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Socorro (El Paso, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Socorro was tipped by Americas (El Paso, TX), 29-28, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Trail Blazers battle the Coronado Thunderbirds (El Paso, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Americas will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 40-20 league win over Canutillo (Canutillo, TX).
