California High School Basketball - Marysville thwarts Las Plumas

Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Marysville Indians (Marysville, CA) and the host Las Plumas Thunderbirds (Oroville, CA), witnessed Marysville's basketball squad prevail over Las Plumas by a count of 59-46.

With the victory, Marysville advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Indians travel to Wood (Vacaville, CA) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Monday, December 1. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 1-0. Wood won 60-58 in their recent non-league battle against American Canyon (American Canyon, CA)

The Thunderbirds now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Yuba City for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 2. Las Plumas will battle a Honkers team coming off a 58-42 non-league win over Non Freshman Opponent (, ). The Honkers record now stands at 2-0.
