With the victory, Southern Choctaw improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Fruitdale (Fruitdale, AL) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Monroe County Tigers (Monroeville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Blacksher will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 49-45 non-league win over Shields (Beatrice, AL).
