Tennessee High School Basketball - Cherokee knocked off by University

The University Buccaneers basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Cherokee Chiefs to 25 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Buccaneers now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Happy Valley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. University will meet a Warriors team coming off a 48-35 non-league win over Tri-Cities Christian (Blountville, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.
The Chiefs (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Chuckey-Doak (Afton, TN). The Black Knights enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Chuckey-Doak was outscored by Lakeway Christian Academy (Morristown, TN), 65-44, in a non-league contest.
