Alabama High School Basketball - Phillips ripped by Colbert County

The Colbert County Indians basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Phillips Bears to 23 in the Indians non-league triumph on Monday.

The Indians now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Colbert County will battle a Warriors team coming off a 79-30 non-league loss to Lauderdale County (Rogersville, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 3-4.

The Bears (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Phil Campbell (Phil Campbell, AL). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Phil Campbell triumphed over Winston County (Double Springs, AL), 67-37, in a non-league contest.
