The Rockridge Rockets (Taylor Ridge, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Orion Chargers (Orion, IL), 43-21 in Monday's league test.
The Rockets (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Sherrard (Sherrard, IL). The Tigers go into the Three Rivers - West test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Sherrard walloped Morrison (Morrison, IL), 50-40, in a league test.
The Chargers now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Erie-Prophetstown for a Three Rivers - West test on Thursday, November 30. Orion will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 34-31 non-league win over Monmouth United (Monmouth, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 3-2.
