Alabama High School Basketball - Phil Campbell trounces Winston County

November 27, 2023: Double Springs, AL 35553

The Phil Campbell Bobcats (Phil Campbell, AL) basketball crushed the host Winston County Yellowjackets (Double Springs, AL), 67-37 in Monday's non-league test.

The Bobcats (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Phillips (Bear Creek, AL). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Phillips was trounced by Colbert County (Leighton, AL), 64-23, in a non-league test.

The Yellowjackets now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Carbon Hill for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 28. Winston County will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 50-42 non-league win over Haleyville (Haleyville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
