Rappahannock County (Washington, VA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA), 56-23 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Rappahannock County upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The travel to Warren County (Front Royal, VA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Warren County lost 57-42 in their recent non-league bout against Strasburg (Strasburg, VA)

Next up, the Gladiators play the Mountain View Generals (Quicksburg, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Riverheads will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Generals come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 58-14 non-league loss to Staunton (Staunton, VA).
