The Walker Valley Mustangs (Cleveland, TN) basketball were winner over the visiting Red Bank Lions (Chattanooga, TN), 56-36 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Boyd-Buchanan for a non-league bout on Friday, December 6. Walker Valley will play a Buccaneers team coming off a 51-32 non-league loss to Soddy Daisy (Soddy Daisy, TN). The Buccaneers record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Red Bank falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Chattanooga Central (Harrison, TN) to play the Pounders in a 3A District 6 bout on Tuesday, December 3. The Pounders go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
