The Compton Early College Rising Phoenix soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Compton Tarbabes to 1 in the Rising Phoenix non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Rising Phoenix now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Pacific Lutheran for a Mulholland bout on Tuesday, December 3.
With the loss, Compton moves to 0-4 on the year. The Tarbabes travel to Cabrillo (Long Beach, CA) to encounter the Jaguars in a Moore bout on Thursday, December 5. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 2-0.
