The N.C. School for the Deaf Bears (Morganton, NC) basketball crushed the visiting South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind Hornets (Spartanburg, SC), 61-33 in Monday's non-league test.

The Hornets now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Atlanta Area School for the Deaf for a non-league test on Wednesday, November 30. South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 61-23 league loss to Tapestry Charter (Doraville, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
