The Estherville Lincoln Central Midgets basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Algona Bulldogs to 30 in the Midgets non-league victory on Monday.
The Midgets now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sioux Central for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 29. Estherville Lincoln Central will battle a Rebels team coming off a 67-43 non-league win over Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn (Hartley, IA). The Rebels record now stands at 1-1.
The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hampton-Dumont (Hampton, IA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
