North Carolina High School Basketball - Clinton trounces Lakewood

November 28, 2022: Clinton, NC 28328

The Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Lakewood Leopards (Roseboro, NC), 44-23 in Monday's non-league test.

The Dark Horses (1-0) will now prepare for their test against James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, James Kenan was trounced by Southern Wayne (Dudley, NC), 57-24, in a non-league test.

The Leopards now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Pender for a non-league test on Wednesday, November 30. Lakewood will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 49-30 non-league loss to New Hanover (Wilmington, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 0-1.
