The Prince Edward County Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Heritage Pioneers to 26 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Prince Edward County will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 39-37 non-league loss to Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 0-2.
