Louisiana High School Basketball - St. Thomas Aquinas nips Slidell

St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons (Hammond, LA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Slidell Tigers (Slidell, LA), 40-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Thomas Aquinas upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Falcons travel to Amite (Amite, LA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 4-1.
Next up, the Tigers play the Mt. Carmel Cubs (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Slidell will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Cubs go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 49-31 non-league win over East St. John (Reserve, LA).
