West Greene Buffaloes (Mosheim, TN) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Unaka Rangers (Elizabethton, TN), 60-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Greene upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Buffaloes host Cherokee (Rogersville, TN) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Cherokee won 45-39 in their recent non-league bout against Cumberland Gap (Cumberland Gap, TN)

Next up, the Rangers play the Johnson County Longhorns (Mountain City, TN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Unaka will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Longhorns go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 75-45 non-league loss to Providence Academy (Johnson City, TN).
