Altamont Knights (Birmingham, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Jefferson Christian Academy Eagles (Birmingham, AL), 84-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Altamont upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Knights host Jackson-Olin (Birmingham, AL) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 29. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Jackson-Olin lost 63-52 in their recent non-league bout against Midfield (Midfield, AL)

Next up, the Eagles play the Talladega County Central Fighting Tigers (Talladega, AL) in a 1A Area 10 bout, on Thursday, November 30. Jefferson Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Fighting Tigers go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 72-51 non-league loss to Childersburg (Childersburg, AL).
