Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host East Jackson Eagles (Commerce, GA), 74-62 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Apalachee upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Wildcats host Winder-Barrow (Winder, GA) to clash with the Bulldoggs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Bulldoggs go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Winder-Barrow lost 68-61 in their recent non-league bout against Monroe Area (Monroe, GA)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Monsignor Donovan Catholic Rams (Athens, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. East Jackson will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 99-68 non-league loss to Christ Church Episcopal (Greenville, SC).
