The Aquinas Fightin' Irish basketball team (Augusta, GA), was toppled 57-38 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Hephzibah Rebels (Hephzibah, GA)

The Rebels now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warren County for a non-league battle on Friday, December 1.

The Fightin' Irish (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Taliaferro County (Crawfordville, GA). The JAGUARS come into the A D2 Region 8 battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Taliaferro County was toppled by Greene County (Greensboro, GA), 82-26, in a league battle.
