The Cleburne County Tigers basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Ashville Bulldogs to 38 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ranburne for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Cleburne County will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 83-58 non-league win over Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-2.
The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Wellborn (Anniston, AL). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Wellborn was defeated by Ohatchee (Ohatchee, AL), 50-40, in a non-league contest.
