The Webster County Trojans basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Caldwell County Tigers to 65 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dawson Springs for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Webster County will meet a Panthers team coming off a 85-60 non-league win over Christian Fellowship (Benton, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.
The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Campbell (Fort Campbell, KY). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Fort Campbell was nudged by Livingston Central (Smithland, KY), 77-56, in a non-league contest.
