In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting High Point Academy Grizzlies basketball team scored a decisive 56-25 triumph over the Spartanburg Day Griffins.
In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Greer Middle College Blazers (Taylors, SC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, November 30. High Point Academy will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Blazers enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 68-58 non-league loss to Fountain Inn (Fountain Inn, SC).
The Griffins (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Christ School (Arden, NC). The Greenies come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Christ School trounced Concord Academy (Concord, NC), 71-55, in a non-league battle.
