The Lawton-Bronson Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Kingsley-Pierson Panthers to 49 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridge View for a Western Valley - North contest on Friday, December 1. Lawton-Bronson will battle a Raptors team coming off a 61-52 non-league win over Alta-Aurelia (Alta, IA). The Raptors record now stands at 2-0.
The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove (Ida Grove, IA). The Falcons come into the Western Valley - North contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove prevailed over Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA), 77-67, in a non-league contest.
