The Leopold Wildcats basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Meadow Heights Panthers to 49 in the Wildcats league victory on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodland for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Leopold will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 101-85 non-league win over St. Pius X (Festus, MO). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-0.

The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Perryville (Perryville, MO). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Perryville was nudged by Oak Ridge (Oak Ridge, MO), 66-47, in a non-league contest.
