With the victory, Monroe upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Golden Tornadoes travel to Bainbridge (Bainbridge, GA) to play the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Bainbridge won 49-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Lowndes (Valdosta, GA)

Next up, the Greenwave play the Quitman County Hornets (Georgetown, GA) in a A D2 Region 1 challenge, on Friday, December 1. Terrell County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 79-30 non-league win over Southwest Georgia STEM Charter (Shellman, GA).
