The Sylvania Rams basketball team scored 88 points and held the visiting Sand Rock Wildcats to 72 in the Rams non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rams now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fyffe for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Sylvania will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 91-38 non-league win over Crossville (Crossville, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 3-3.
The Wildcats (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Piedmont (Piedmont, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Piedmont was defeated by Anniston (Anniston, AL), 63-36, in a non-league contest.
