Utah High School Basketball - Waterford edges American Prep WV

The Waterford Ravens (Sandy, UT) basketball nipped the visiting American Prep WV Eagles (West Valley City, UT), 29-25 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Ravens (1-0) will now prepare for their test against American Heritage (American Fork, UT). The Patriots go into the 2A Region 17 test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, American Heritage got by Gunnison Valley (Gunnison, UT), 54-31, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Logan for a non-league test on Thursday, November 30. American Prep WV will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 80-21 non-league loss to Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT). The Grizzlies record now stands at 0-1.
