The Amite School Center Rebels basketball team (Liberty, MS), was overwhelmed 69-12 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Brookhaven Academy Cougars (Brookhaven, MS)

The Cougars now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Park Place Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 30. Brookhaven Academy will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 35-32 non-league loss to Tri-County Academy (Flora, MS). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-2.

The Rebels (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against East Rankin Academy (Pelahatchie, MS). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 14-2 record. In their last battle, East Rankin Academy trounced Bayou Academy (Cleveland, MS), 65-48, in a non-league battle.
