Trinity Christian (Statesboro, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Appling Christian Academy Eagles (Baxley, GA), 39-11 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Trinity Christian upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The travel to The Habersham School (Savannah, GA) to play the Patriots in a GAPPS - I-AA Region 4A bout on Friday, December 1. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 3-2. The Habersham School won 68-27 in their recent non-league bout against Memorial Day (Savannah, GA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Southside Christian Patriots (Waycross, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Appling Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
