The Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Ar-We-Va Rockets to 14 in the Crusaders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Crusaders now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to CAM for a Rolling Valley contest on Friday, December 1. Coon Rapids-Bayard will meet a Cougars team coming off a 72-41 non-league win over Ankeny Christian Academy (Ankeny, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.

The Rockets (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against West Harrison (Mondamin, IA). The Hawkeyes enter the Rolling Valley contest with a 0-2 record.
