The Moberly Spartans topped the host Battle Spartans basketball team by a final score of 59-49 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Van-Far Indians (Vandalia, MO) in a non-league game, on Monday, December 4. Moberly will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.
With the defeat, Battle moves to 0-2 on the year. The Spartans host Central (Park Hills, MO) to face the Rebels in a non-league game on Thursday, December 7. The Rebels enter the game with a record of 1-0.
