Kentucky High School Basketball - Marion County tops Clinton County

November 28, 2023: Lebanon, KY 40033

Marion County Knights (Lebanon, KY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Clinton County Bulldogs (Albany, KY), 60-47 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Marion County upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Washington County (Springfield, KY) to play the Commanders in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Commanders come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Washington County lost 47-37 in their recent non-league bout against Louisville Collegiate (Louisville, KY)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Smith County Owls (Carthage, TN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Clinton County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
