Dale County Warriors (Midland City, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Headland Rams (Headland, AL), 46-34 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Dale County upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Pike County (Brundidge, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Pike County lost 47-25 in their recent non-league bout against Brantley (Brantley, AL)

Next up, the Rams play the Ashford Yellowjackets (Ashford, AL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 30. Headland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 37-22 non-league loss to Cottonwood (Cottonwood, AL).
