Diboll Lumberjacks (Diboll, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Warren Warriors (Warren, TX), 44-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Diboll upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks travel to West Hardin (Saratoga, TX) to play the Oilers in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Oilers come into the bout with a record of 5-2. West Hardin won 66-31 in their recent non-league bout against Tarkington (Cleveland, TX)

Next up, the Warriors play the Diboll Lumberjacks (Diboll, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Warren will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Lumberjacks come into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 48-42 non-league win over West Sabine (Pineland, TX).
