The Earle Bulldogs basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Rector Cougars to 45 in the Bulldogs league victory on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cross County for a 2A Region 3 contest on Friday, December 1. Earle will battle a Thunderbirds team coming off a 66-57 league win over East Poinsett County (Lepanto, AR). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 4-3.
The Cougars (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Clarksville (Clarksville, AR). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 1-5 record.
