Georgia High School Basketball - Fannin County trounced by Pickens

In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Pickens Dragons basketball team scored a decisive 56-29 triumph over the Fannin County Rebels.

In their next game, the Dragons meet the Gilmer Bobcats (Ellijay, GA) in a AAA Region 7 match, on Tuesday, December 5. Pickens will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record.

With the defeat, Fannin County moves to 0-1 on the year. The Rebels host Gordon Central (Calhoun, GA) to meet the Warriors in a AA Region 7 match on Friday, December 1. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 1-3.
