The Westbrook Christian Warriors basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Gaston Bulldogs to 35 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sardis for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Westbrook Christian will meet a Lions team coming off a 56-33 non-league win over Hokes Bluff (Hokes Bluff, AL). The Lions record now stands at 6-1.
The Bulldogs (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Collinsville (Collinsville, AL). The Panthers enter the 2A Area 12 contest with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Collinsville lost by Asbury (Albertville, AL), 53-18, in a non-league game.
