Texas High School Basketball - Highland Park knocked off by McKinney

The McKinney Lions basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Highland Park Scots to 43 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Frisco for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. McKinney will battle a Raccoons team coming off a 65-37 non-league loss to Royse City (Royse City, TX). The Raccoons record now stands at 2-8.
The Scots (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lamar (Arlington, TX). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Lamar ran past Denton (Denton, TX), 46-37, in a non-league contest.
