North Carolina High School Basketball - Hoke County ripped by Seventy-First

November 28, 2023: Fayetteville, NC 28304

The Seventy-First Falcons basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Hoke County Bucks to 25 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Falcons now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Overhills for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Seventy-First will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 35-30 non-league loss to Harnett Central (Angier, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-2.

The Bucks (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Scotland (Laurinburg, NC). The Fighting Scots enter the 3A/4A Sandhills contest with a 0-0 record.

Hoke County

Congratulations to #2 Dede Riggins for being selected the Hoke County Girls Basketball Player of the Game.
