The John Paul II Guardians basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting New Braunfels Christian Academy Wildcats to 29 in the Guardians non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Guardians now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lockhart for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. John Paul II will battle a Lions team coming off a 52-49 non-league loss to McCallum (Austin, TX). The Lions record now stands at 5-4.
The Wildcats (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Regents (Austin, TX). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Regents was routed by Geneva (Boerne, TX), 78-13, in a non-league contest.
