With the victory, Kermit upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Yellow Jackets travel to Tournament Team (, ) to play the in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Tournament Team won 62-35 in their recent non-league bout against Da Vinci (El Paso, TX)

Next up, the Eagles play the Lamesa Tornadoes (Lamesa, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 30. Pecos will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Tornadoes come into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 55-28 non-league win over Permian (Odessa, TX).
