In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Payette Pirates basketball team scored a tight 45-38 triumph over the Marsing Huskies.
In their next game, the Pirates meet the Nyssa Bulldogs (Nyssa, OR) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, November 29. Payette will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
With the defeat, Marsing moves to 1-4 on the year. The Huskies travel to Melba (Melba, ID) to meet the Mustangs in a 2A Western Idaho match on Tuesday, December 5. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 3-2. Melba won 67-46 in their recent non-league match against Fruitland (Fruitland, ID)
