North Carolina High School Basketball - Owen ripped by Thomas Jefferson

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Thomas Jefferson Gryphons basketball team scored a decisive 72-37 triumph over the Owen Warhorses.

In their next game, the Gryphons meet the Enka Jets (Enka, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 1. Thomas Jefferson will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Jets enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 63-20 non-league loss to Pisgah (Canton, NC).

With the defeat, Owen moves to 0-3 on the year. The Warhorses host R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC) to meet the Hilltoppers in a non-league match on Friday, December 1. The Hilltoppers enter the match with a record of 2-1. R-S Central won 36-34 in their recent non-league match against Chesnee (Chesnee, SC)
