The Westfall Mustangs basketball team (Williamsport, OH), was nudged 50-45 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Piketon Redstreaks (Piketon, OH)
The Redstreaks now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeastern for a Scioto Valley battle on Saturday, December 2. Piketon will battle a Panthers team coming off a 50-46 non-league win over Vinton County (McArthur, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
The Mustangs (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Adena (Frankfort, OH). The Warriors come into the Scioto Valley battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Adena edged Southeastern (Chillicothe, OH), 64-51, in a league battle.
